There are a few things that we as Network Marketers can do to get the attention of the person that we would like to be our personal mentor. Today I'm going to highlight 3 proven methods that will set you apart from the bunch. In Multi Level Marketing, we as leaders are taught to work with the willing, we are taught to go where we are not needed. By knowing what I just shared with you , you have an advantage over the new distributors who think that their mentor has to work with them because they are needed.

Method #1.

Get Noticed By Taking Action.

As a person who has sponsored many people in this industry of Multi Level Marketing, I can tell you that nothing grabs my attention faster than seeing a new distributor taking his initial steps in the business. Even if they fall as they usually do, it shows their desire to succeed.

Leaders in this industry are always looking around for the person that has the most desire and the person who is not afraid to take the first few steps with excitement. As a leader I don't really care for talent as much as I care for desire and excitement.

When you speak to a leader, he or she is listening for keywords during the conversation that will help him or her to determine whether you are taking action or just thinking about it.

So if you want to get a leaders attention in Multi Level Marketing, Take action fast..

Method #2

Attend The Big Events.

If your intention is to become part of your mentor's core group of leaders, then there is one proven way to do so and that is by attending the big events. Leaders in Multi Level Marketing count their leadership group at the bid events. Nothing tells a leader how serious you are than your participation in the big events.

At the big events you'll be able to get closer to the leader and pick their brain. During the social gatherings you'll have a chance to engage the leader in conversations that normally wouldn't take place. At the events you'll be able to learn some different things from the leader, mostly their energy during the event.

Method #3

Don't be a Complainer

As a leader in Multi Level Marketing, the last thing you need is to be bombarded with negativity. As a leader I always look for people that want to be part of the solution not people who want to make a problem even bigger.

Before contacting your mentor with a problem ask yourself 3 questions.

1. What can I read that can help me to solve this problem?
2. What can I listen to to help me solve this problem?
3. Is this really a problem or is this an opportunity for me to develop my leadership abilities?

Remember that the size of your paycheck is determine by the size of the problem that you are willing to take on. The size of the person is also determine by the size of the problem that it takes to bring them down.

If after you ask yourself these questions you still need counsel then do not hesitate to pick up the phone and call your mentor..They are there to assist you in cases where they are really needed.

In Multi Level Marketing you have to start with the end in mind. One day you will be that mentor that others are trying to get close to and you'll want these same filters to work for you as well. If you fail to establish these filters from the beginning, you'll be setting yourself to become a welfare
provider rather than an MLM rock star.

The 3 Things That You Must Do While Attending Your MLM Business Opportunity Convention.

Convention is such an exciting part of being involved in an MLM Business Opportunity. It is so exciting that sometimes we tend to forget that we are there on business. It is so easy to think of convention as a vacation but it's really not, convention is an opportunity to take care of very important business tasks that we cannot do from home. On this document I will lay out 3 things that should be accomplished while attending our MLM Business Opportunity convention.

Task #1 That should be accomplished while attending our MLM Business Opportunity convention.

Take inventory of how many core people we have in our business.

How do we do that? Take roll call, everyone who attends convention should be considered a core distributor. Your group of core distributors should grow by no less than 10% from convention to convention, that can be considered a healthy growth for a growing business. Gather your team for lunch and spend time with them. Many of them have made huge sacrifices to attend the event and they desire to learn from those like you and I who have come before them and that have a vested interest in their success. No matter how busy you are spend time with your core people, specially those who are outside of your backyard. Remember you never know who may be in attendance, one of them may have a huge impact on your business.

During conversation you should ask questions that will help you to find out whether they are following your business building principles or if they have gone astray. If you find out that they are teaching improper building strategies you can help to correct the problem before it gets out of hand.

Task #2 to be accomplished while attending your MLM Business Opportunity convention.

Build your team's culture.

From dress code to attitude, it all has to do with the way your team's culture is created. Take the time to build it right from the very beginning, this happens at convention.

You also want to create a culture of victory so show up strong,represent,have an attitude of "We are here to take over". People like to be part of the winning team and they love the sense of belonging. How do you do that? well you can start by conducting a breakout session, you can also have t-shirts made for your team to wear, flags are also good to have, lights, anything to tell the world that your team has arrived.

Task #3 to be accomplished while attending your MLM Business Opportunity convention.

Count.

Count how many of your distributors are being recognized .
Count how many of your team members are rank advancing.
Count how many different sponsorship lines are in attendance.
Count how many different time zones are represented on your behalf.
Count how many tools are being purchased during breaks.
Count how many of your distributors are pre-registering for the next convention.

And last but not least...

Count your blessings, you are an MLM leader and your MLM Business Opportunity will soar the day that you can count 100 core people at your convention..

The Real Reason Why People Fail In Their Network Marketing Home Business.

Hello there, this is Jaime Morales from Los Angeles California again. Today I'm going to reveal the real reason why thousands of people are not experiencing a positive financial outcome from their Network Marketing Home Business.

Many would say that that the reason why they are failing is because the product is not delivering. I can tell you that I know without a shadow of a doubt that in your MLM there are distributors who are marketing the product without any problems whatsoever, and that they are making a great income doing so. These distributors are promoting the same products as everybody else, everyone has the same products. So if some are marketing the product without any problems and some are having a hard time with the product then we cannot blame it on the products.(The Product is the same for everyone)

Others may say that the real reason why they are struggling in their Network Marketing Home Business is because of the boring compensation plan. Well let's research that. I'm sure that there are distributors in your MLM that are making a killing(6 figures)every month using the same boring compensation plan as you are. So if there are people making a great income using the same compensation plan as you are then we cannot blame it on the compensation plan either.

So why then you might ask, am I failing in building my business? What is the difference between those making it and those that are struggling? The answer is simple the only variable in this equation is you. You are the only difference. Only the individual distributor can determine what level of success they will have.

Many people claim to own a home based business but their actions really tell the story. What these people have is a home based hobby. Their philosophy is that of a shameful approach to building their Network Marketing Home Business rather than that of a C.E.O. launching a new company. Their words tell everyone from the very beginning that they are defeated and that they peaked as a business owner the moment they signed on the dotted line. These MLM failures who continue to jump from one program to the next, hoping that someone will show up and build their business for them fail to realize that no one is showing up.

What they need to do is simple. Put your head down for 90 days, run like crazy without looking up, keep doing the deal day in and day out, forget about what people say, think or do and at the end of these 90 days look up and see their results.

Compress time frames

If you are planning on recruiting 20 distributors into your MLM , than why not do it in the next 30 days rather then taking a year or 2? In this business it's easier to go fast than it is to go slow. If you plan on sharing your product with 10 people this week, why not do that today? If you plan on sending out a long distance package today, why not do that right now? If you plan on attending your national convention anyway, why not register today? If you plan on making your list tonight, why not take care of that this instance? If you are planning to host an in home presentation, why not schedule it for today?

By using 3rd party tools to build your business, you'll give yourself and everyone on your team an equal opportunity to succeed. 3rd party tools help you to build momentum because it is much easier then to do a bunch of face to face presentations and teach others how to do the same.

It takes about 30 minutes to present the products and the opportunity, it only takes a couple of minutes to hand out an audio CD and schedule a time to follow up.(That's leverage)

In today's world where Network Marketing is not only accepted but recommended by some of the biggest names in the business world, many are still struggling to build and maintain a solid MLM income.

I would like to share with you how we were able to build a solid MLM income by splicing old school and new school network marketing techniques and by teaching our organization how to do the same.

First of all I would like for you to know that building a solid MLM income is not easy but it is however pretty simple. You may say"Jaime, isn't easy and simple the same?" Well it is not the same. Easy is watching T.V, easy is playing Mobsters on myspace, easy is playing video games all day or watching all the reality shows on television, easy is skipping a conference call to watch Monday Night Football.

Simple on the other hand requires effort and focus. As an example, it's pretty simple to walk on the treadmill for 20 minutes, it's fairly simple read 10 pages of a good every day, it's extremely simple to listen to 15 minutes of a good audio training every day and would you agree that calling in and listening in to a team's conference call is simple as well? All of these activities are things that all of can find rather simple. All of these activities require a certain level of effort and focus to do them consistently. They are all doable and the 10 commitments that I'm going to lay out for you are all the same way (simple).

Having said that, there are without a doubt, simple activities that can help you to build a solid MLM income. Here are the ones that I use and I teach my network marketing organization.

4)Find someone to work with.{Pick someone that will not allow you to lie to yourself}

5)Use a funded proposal.{A system that will allow you to brand yourself and that will allow you to earn income from everyone even those that will never join your business}

6)Become valuable to your team.{Make a leader of yourself at any cost}

7)Attend your national convention{Show up with great energy with your team}

8)Conduct 2 conference calls a week{1 for recruiting and the other use as a leadership mentoring session}

9)Use pay per click campaigns.{Learn how to do this before you jump in and loose the ranch}

10)Do you.{Be yourself, don't worry about what others are saying or doing. Remember they would not send you a check to keep the lights on}
