The Importance Of Social Gatherings To Your Network Marketing Business.

This lesson was one of the easiest for me to buy into. I love to party so when I heard I needed to party with my team to build culture I was all in. Some however struggle to accept this as a business practice, I'm not sure why. To some business and network marketing have nothing to do with parties and social events. I can tell you from experience that parties and social gatherings have done more for my business than some of the training and certification classes.

There are (2) reasons why social gatherings can help you build your business.

(1) People want something different from corporate America.

People hate meetings and certification classes because they have been forced to attend those by their bosses. People are tired of boring meetings, socials will allow them to realize this is not like their jobs. A social event is also a chance for you to chat and get personal with your core group. It's a chance for you to answer some questions that they can't ask you while you are on stage. It's a chance to meet a new distributor and show them that you are a regular person, It's a chance for your group to see you as their friend, which is what you want to become isn't it?

(2) Your group needs social events because it will a sense of belonging.

Your team needs to embrace the team concept and nothing does that better then social event.Your team needs socials because it allows them to meet other team members from other sections of the country. At a social event is where I met a workout partner that has pushed me to succeed and I have pushed them as well. Give your team a chance to meet others from the organization that they may be able to relate to. Socials are fun...so go ahead, schedule a BBQ, schedule an easter egg hunt, schedule a retreat, schedule a party while you have your team gathered at convention, schedule a super bowl party, schedule a poker night, schedule a singles night out, a paint ball war event, a basketball tournament, anything to keep your group together and have fun.

Take care.
